What it does
one order in, every fee outThe workbook takes one order and itemizes every fee Etsy charges on it: the listing fee, the 6.5% transaction fee on item plus shipping and gift wrap, your country's payment processing rate on the tax-inclusive total, the regulatory operating fee where it applies, the Offsite Ads fee at the correct 15% or 12% tier with the 100 USD cap, and the 2.5% currency conversion fee if your payout currency differs. Pick your country from a dropdown, type what the buyer pays and what the order costs you, and read off net profit, margin and your effective fee rate. A second sheet works backwards: given your costs and a target margin, it computes the minimum price to charge.
- Every Etsy fee itemized per order: listing, 6.5% transaction, payment processing by country, regulatory operating fee, Offsite Ads at 15% or 12% with the 100 USD cap, and the 2.5% currency conversion fee.
- Built-in fee table for US, UK, Canada, Australia, Eurozone, France, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark and New Zealand, verified against Etsy's official policy pages in August 2026, with an editable row for any other country.
- Break-even sheet solves the minimum item price for any target margin, including a plain break-even price so you know the floor.
- Shows net profit, profit margin and your effective Etsy fee rate for each listing, so you see what a sale actually pays you.
- No macros and no formulas to write: dropdowns for country, Offsite Ads tier and currency conversion; works in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.

FAQ
short and plainWhich apps does it work in?
Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc. It is a plain .xlsx with formulas only. For Google Sheets, upload the file to Drive and open it with Sheets; the dropdowns and formulas carry over.
Are there macros?
No. No macros, no scripts, no external connections. The sheets are protected so you do not overwrite a formula by accident; the protection has no password, so you can remove it freely.
Are the fees current?
The fee table was last verified 2026-08-25 against Etsy's official policy pages, and the reference sheet lists a source next to each rate. Etsy changes fees from time to time, so re-check Etsy's official fee page before big decisions; when a rate changes, you update one cell and every result follows.
